Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Primary School
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Primary School is a community centred in Christ. Teaching is permeated by the Gospel values and the traditions of our Catholic faith. We seek to promote a happy, stimulating and caring environment in which each person is valued as an individual with unique talents. The curriculum and activities of the school are carefully framed so that each pupil may fulfil his or her potential and know success. Each will grow in awareness of his or her role within the family, the school and society and be sustained by a deepening relationship with God.

Timeline photosWe want to make sure that parents don’t need to choose between having a career and having a family.
That’s why today, we’re confirming that from January, more parents will be able to apply to claim their government-funded childcare provision.
As part of the biggest childcare expansion in history, this will give eligible working parents access to 15 hours of childcare per week from April.
New childminders can also receive a financial boost of up to £1,200 with the launch of the Childminder Start-up Grant Scheme starting tomorrow.
We recommend applying for childcare support between mid-January and the end of February to get your code in good time, and avoid having to renew registration ahead of the start of the offer in April.
